What Gridora is

Gridora is a website and software that show GPU markets on the Nosana network and prepare transactions that your own wallet signs. Gridora does not run GPUs and never holds your funds.

Who runs your jobs

Jobs run on machines owned by independent operators on the Nosana network. Nosana's own terms and conditions apply to your use of that network. Gridora is independent. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Nosana, NVIDIA, the Blender Foundation or the Solana Foundation.

Payments and deployments

• You pay the Nosana program directly from your wallet. The price per second is set on chain by each market.
• Prices and balances are shown in Credits. A Credit is one unit of the Nosana network's token in your own wallet, not a separate token or a balance held by Gridora.
• A top-up swaps SOL for Credits through Jupiter, a separate service, in a transaction your wallet signs. The rate comes from the market at that moment and can be up to 0.5% below the quote; the minimum is shown before you sign. Gridora adds no fee to top-ups.
• Before you pay or top up, your wallet address is checked against the OFAC sanctions list.
• Reserved time starts when a node picks up the job. The first minutes go to downloading the image and the model, and they are billed like any other minute.
• When you stop a running job, the node is paid for the time it ran and the rest of the deposit returns to your wallet through the Nosana program. Cancelling a job no node has started returns the whole deposit.
• A private endpoint's URL works for anyone who has it until the job ends. Keep it to yourself. The job definition (which model and settings) is public on IPFS, as for every Nosana job; your prompts are not part of it.
• Gridora's fee is a separate transfer in the same transaction, shown before you sign: 5% of the reserved Credits for AI Studio and 10% for rendering.
• Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed once confirmed.
• The Nosana program, not Gridora, returns unused reserved time to your wallet. The Gridora fee is not refunded for a job that ran. If a job never started, we refund our fee when you ask.

Your responsibilities

• Follow the law and the acceptable use policy.
• Follow the license and usage policy of every model you run. They are linked next to each model in AI Studio.
• You are responsible for your inputs and outputs. Gridora claims no rights in your outputs.
• Jobs run on independent third-party GPU nodes. Node operators may be able to access the files and prompts processed on their machines. Do not send confidential material or other people's personal data.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18, not on a sanctions list, and not located in a restricted region. Using a VPN or similar tool to get around these limits is not allowed.

No guarantees

Prices, availability and node behaviour come from the Nosana network and can change at any moment. The service is provided as is, without any promise of uptime, speed or confidentiality. Limits of liability will be set with counsel before public launch.

When these terms change, this page gets a new date at the top.
