Draft for review before public launch. Last updated 2026-10-28. Operator details are published before launch.
This release stores one thing about people: provider waitlist entries. No analytics, no advertising trackers, no cookies.
Provider waitlist
- What we keep: your email, country and GPU details, the optional fields you fill in, the time you joined, the version of this notice you agreed to, whether you asked for updates by email, and a salted hash of your IP address to stop spam.
- Why: to plan the provider program and, only if you ticked the box, to email you about it.
- Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- We do not sell it and do not pass it to Nosana or anyone else.
- We delete an entry 12 months after our last contact, or straight away when you use the removal link shown after you join.
Live network data
Prices, queues and host counts come from Nosana's public API and the Solana chain. Loading them involves no data about you.
Jobs, once they open
A Nosana job definition and its results are public by default, and the node that runs a job can see what the job processes. Jobs run on independent third-party GPU nodes. Node operators may be able to access the files and prompts processed on their machines. Your wallet address and transactions are public on Solana.
Server logs
The servers that host this site keep short-lived technical logs, such as IP address and time of request, for security.
Contact
A contact address for privacy requests is published before public launch. Until then, the removal link removes your waitlist entry.
